Coat of Arms of the holy Roman Empire, Charles II ruled, ( 25 July 1564 – 10 July 1590) as Archduke of Austria and of Inner Austria (Styria, Carniola, Carinthia and Gorizia). He played a lead role in creating the white Lipizzan and the University of Graz, Karl-Franzens-Universität.
